Headquartered in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, Johnson is the pioneer and innovator of custom fiberglass refrigerated delivery equipment. A nationwide network of distributors and dealers provide sales, leasing and service for all Johnson truck bodies and trailers ranging from 6 to 36-ft. in length. Why buy/lease a Johnson? Quality construction that lasts All Johnson bodies feature a molded seamless fiberglass exterior and interior that utilizes a custom thermal break design to totally isolate the body from the steel structure. Void-free foamed-in-place 2.1-lb. density urethane insulation provides structural integrity, the best possible thermal barrier to heat penetration, and a barrier that is impervious to moisture. Additionally, the tubular welded steel body superstructure is completely encapsulated in urethane and fiberglass. Rust and corrosion are eliminated. And, the precise temperature control that’s possible with a Johnson body equates to lower operating costs. A smooth, seamless exterior / excellent graphics The smooth, seamless fiberglass exterior (no rivets), is easy to clean and great for your company’s graphics. The potential for corrosion is eliminated. And, should there be a sidewall puncture, fiberglass is easy to repair. Easy to clean seamless interiors The interior seamless side panels and watertight glass matted seamless joints are easy to clean to meet sanitary code requirements. Our exclusive ArcticTherm™ liner utilizes a new polyester resin that yields a bright white, smooth, hard interior surface. This 3/8-in. thick fiberglass composite features 2,465-PSI puncture resistance that can hold its own against a forklift.
