In 2003 Micro-Con merged with Micronetics, Inc. Since the merger, Micro-Con, operating as a division of Micronetics, has experienced rapid growth (4X in 4 Years). In 2010 we moved into a new 23,000 square foot facility in West Caldwell, NJ includes a 7,500 square foot state-of-the-art Class 10,000 clean room where we manufacture and test ALL of our products. We currently supply complex microwave assemblies to many of the major military Radar and EW Subcontractors. We also provide highly integrated front-ends for commercial airborne DBS applications. Engineering Our expert engineering staff utilizes a proven, systematic design process, along with a comprehensive suite of RF and Microwave CAD and simulation tools, to develop products that deliver the utmost in performance, quality, and value. In addition to the traditional materials and technologies used in MIC components and sub-assemblies, our staff possesses extensive design experience using advanced technologies such as highly integrated RFIC/MMIC devices, multi-layer Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) substrates, and housings fabricated from state-of-the-art lightweight composite materials. Manufacturing The assembly and test of all Micro-Con microelectronic products is performed in a Class 10,000 clean room at our West Caldwell, NJ facility. Our manufacturing processes, along with a fully equipped end-to-end assembly facility, provide Micro-Con with a truly state-of-the-art in-house microelectronics assembly capability. Micro-Cons fully automated computer-controlled test stations enable us to perform all forms of environmental and electrical characterization and test in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Quality Micro-Con is certified to ISO 9001:2000 (Micro-Cons registrar is TUV America). Our certificate registration number is 951 04 2826 and copies are available upon request. Micro-Cons Quality Management System includes a complete set of comprehensive quality assurance process controls and a company-wide commitment to continuous process improvement. All of our design, procurement, manufacturing, test, inspection, and general business processes are documented, measured, controlled, and continuously improved.
