With substantial knowledge on mechanic engineering and intensive experience of operating our machines, the sales managers are able to give suggestions with the most suitable products for you, to help you achieve whatever your production goals are and achieve the most profit. Our service people are also available to answer all your technical questions or provide on-site installation, training and service. Most of our service engineers have been in the industry for many years and are able to solve any problems quickly. Facility Our 5.3 acers facility has two large warehouses, which store almost 100 machines and hundreds of machine parts for immediate delivery. A brand-new office building is under construction. Innovation We are always one step ahead, as we believe innovation is the key to survive and grow in the machining business. As a core machinery company, Mighty USA, Inc. and our vendors are always dedicated to innovations on the manufacturing technology that helps to produce the most advanced tools. In April 2005 on the WESTEC show we first introduced our YMS series lathe, which combines turning and milling machine in one, live tooling, Y axis, sub-spindle and C axes in one. It is believed to be the next best thing in the industry. On European Machine Show in Germany, 2006, our big bore, big capacity lathe model VT-40 attracted customers with positive feedbacks. The patent-pending VDI Static Live Tooling Turret design is another innovation of Mighty USA. Communication We understand the importance of fast-communication and service, which is why we built an efficient network of Vendor<->Us<-Dealer<->Customer. Most messages will be delivered on the same day to smooth out the pipeline. Our goal is to get the fastest back-order delivery to satisfy our customers. We can also deliver our quotations and brochures to you by email on the same day, or other materials and parts by UPS the next day. In order to reach out our Spanish-speaking customers, we also launched our website in two languages. Our bi-lingual people are also here to help you communicate.
