Daniel Rich III is a fourth generation Rich, who currently owns and runs the company. The company was started by Dans great-grandfather as a hand painted sign company in 1910. Before the company was turned over to Dans grandfather in the 1950s, it switched to displays and plastics. Then Dans grandfather ran it as a plastic molding company until he passed away in 1986. Finally Dans father ran the company from 1986-1994 until his death, leaving the company in the hands of his son Daniel Rich III.
