PSG resides within Dover’s Fluid Solution platform. PSG’s mandate is to leverage each company’s strong brand recognition while taking advantage of synergies within the group’s distribution, manufacturing footprint and supply chains, while also leveraging best practices and streamlining back-office support functions. The group will look to take advantage of its greater critical mass, while expanding its global foot print (now exceeding 50% of its sales outside U.S). “The Pump Solutions Group increases our distributor capture and provides a total solution for our customer’s fluid handling requirements”, noted John D. Allen, the Group’s newly appointed President, who formally served as president of Wilden.
