Solus also offers custom plastics machining and extruded plastic parts. The companys solo manufacturing plant is in Florence, Kentucky. Emerson Power Transmission (part of Emerson Electric) acquired Solus along with Solus parent, Italys System Plast S.p.A. in 2008
