Grimax manufactures the main part of the products to be sold by the sales companies of the Group. Above that Grimax produces and sells a number of Private Label machines to companies abroad. Arboga A/S Is a sales company - bought in 1990 – which marketings a programme of danish manufactured machines of high quality. The machines are mainly sold abroad to a group of independent dealers in 12 countries. KEF-Motor A/S Is a production and sales company bought in 1988 which manufactures and marketings a programme of our own danish produced machines of high quality in Denmark and abroad outside Denmark to a group of independent dealers in up till now 18 countries. Scantool A/S Was founded in 1980. It is a production and sales company which marketing a large programme of own danish produced machines and abroad produced Private Label machines of high quality to Denmark and abroad abroad to a group of independent dealers in 12 countries. The Scantool Group with its domicile in Brovst is today one of the world’s leading grinding machine manufacturing company. Among others Scantool was the first company in the world to serial produce the modern industrial belt grinders. The four companies are all owned by the Nielsen family with the founder Jens Martin Nielsen as the managing director. The production programme contains: Wet grinders - Bench grinders and polishing machines - Belt grinders - Pipe notchers - Welding tables – Exhaust systems and Smoke exhaust systems - Tungsten grinders - Drilling machines - Folding machines and Power shears. Above that the machine programme of the Group also consists of some quality controlled Private Label products such as: Drilling machines - Milling- and drilling machines - Metal cutting band saws - Bending rollers - Profil bending machines - Magnetic drilling machines - Pipe benders. It is the undisputed goal for the Scantool Group to deliver quality machines for metal working of highest possible quality at competitive prices. The products go to dealers in Denmark and abroad the homemarket takes about 35% and the remaining 65% goes to about 35 countries in the whole world.
