From the very beginning our enterprise does not provide single processes but successfully sold solutions for products and modules. Both in the electronics production and at the equipment field , we enlarge systematically the range of products and services offered. Our company is a sought-after partner at the implementation of electronics projects in Germany and Western Europe. Conditions for this were a flexible and engaged team as well as the permanent modernization of the technologies and highest quality claims of all employees. Our customers can be sure that their products are developed and manufactured on the highest technological standard and at the best quality. 1990Founded in 1990 with a staff of 12, the company develops and manufactures customised electronics as well as its own brand of transport data loggers. 1995In 1995, the company grew to 30 staff members, which required our relocation to a newly constructed corporate office. 1996In this year, the in-house products were united under the brand name MoniLog. 2000The first networked SMD in-line assembly line replaces the individual workstations in 2000. The workforce has meanwhile grown to 70 employees. 2004In 2004, the award “Contract manufacturer of the year” was granted. 2005The third networked in-line assembly is operational A second building expansion became necessary and was completed Production now takes place in an area of 3,200m2 with approx. 80 employees. 2007In 2007, SMT employs 120 people and generates sales of 21.6M €. The 17 year history of SMT&HYBRID stands for experience in the areas of development/engineering services and production. We offer a comprehensive range of integrated services, such as engineering, prototype production, new product introduction, and mass production. If requested, we also deliver worldwide to the end users of our customers . Our customers represent a wide variety of industries that utilise our services for rather complex tasks or for manufacturing products with extreme demands on quality and reliability. The average age is under 40. Our company offers apprenticeships. In 2007, we trained 9 apprentices and employed 8 interns and BA students.
