We offer the following parts optimized for high-power CO2 lasers: Lenses: ZnSe, Ge, GaAs Windows: ZnSe, Ge, GaAs Cavity Optics: Si, ZnSe, Ge, GaAs High Reflection Mirrors: Si, Be Reflective Phase Retarders: Si Zero Phase Retarders: Si Output Coupler: ZnSe, Ge, GaAs Rear Mirror: ZnSe, Ge, GaAs Lenses We offer plano convex and meniscus lenses for focusing high-power CO2 laser beams for processing materials (cutting, welding). The ZnSe material used is exclusively of "CVD Laser Grade" quality with the very lowest absorption characteristics. Non-standard focal lengths, diameters and specifications can be offered on request. Mirrors The manifold different applications for our mirrors, include cavity optics such as back mirrors, folding mirrors and output couplers. In addition we offer external optics such as beam benders, 90° phase retarders and telescope mirrors. On offer are partially reflecting mirrors / beam splitters and end mirrors with low residual transmission. Coatings All high-power optics manufactured by Pleiger are given our PICO coatings (Pleiger Infrared Coatings), which we are also be pleased to apply to substrates supplied to us. We carry out the coating process in one of the most modern high-vacuum coating units with precise monitoring of the layer thickness and automated monitoring systems.
