At the beginning, the focus of production was on belt grinding machines for the metal working industry, with soil steaming equipment for the pasteurising of nursery soil also being manufactured. In response to changes in the market, the development and production of the first cleaning systems commenced in 1974, and development continues to this day. This resulted in new process technologies being introduced in 1991 for use in aqueous parts cleaning systems which meet the latest requirements of the German Water Resources Act. Today MAFAC is considered to be an expert in the field of "aqueous parts cleaning" and supplies international markets with cleaning systems for the most demanding of requirements.
