The technical manager supervises the design, planning, manufacture, control and dispatching of the product. He is seconded by a team of technicians, project engineers, purchasing officer, stock controller, production manager. They are well equipped with high performance computers and software for simulations and performance calculations : AUTOCAD, GPAO... Light and spacious workshops have at their disposal classic and specialised tools, storage facilities, lifting and handling equipment which ensure a methodical and meticulous manufacture in perfectly clean and orderly conditions. Ranging from the smallest to the largest, all units are tested before packing. For the control a test bench is used for: - Carrying out test on the same raw water that will be treated when the unit is in operation, - Carrying out a rigorous control on unit operating, electrical consumption, recovery level parameters, and their performance, as to quantity and quality of produced water, - Checking the unit operating cycles and testing their safety devices. The units are packed in maritime wood cases or packaged in containers. They are despatched throughtout the world by lorry, sea or air... The spare parts department manages a permanent stock of several thousand references. Every day, consumables and original parts are dispatched all around the world with the fastest and surest carrier.
