LAFONT Group. 1990: Majority shareholding in the company Auda, French PVC leisure and safety boot manufacturers. 1998: Majority shareholding in CVC Capital Partners via the company Financière du Fort. 2000: Merger of the companies Jallatte and Almar via CVC Capital Partners. Establishment of a 200-million-euro European Group, with a 30% market share and a production of 11 million pairs. 2003: Redesign of all Jallattes models and launch of the new Jallatte collection.
