The year 2009 was an innovative year in the development history of Wuxi Diesel Engine Works. Jiefang J6 heavy truck and 6DM diesel engine received “Special prize of science and technology of China automobile industry ”. No.10 million automobiles in China is J6 heavy truck, which was manufactured from production line of Jiefang Company. We are proud of independence. The establishment of 6DM production line made us aware of our mission and responsibility. The year 2009 was a year of landmark significance in the development history of Wuxi Diesel Engine Works. The working staff demonstrated their strength and determination to surpass strong competitors. We not only achieved No. 1 in sales increase but also returned No. 2 in sales volume in the profession, which shows that our development has entered a new stage and the scientific development will enter a new field from big to stronger. The year 2010 is the last year of the 11th five-year plan, a critical year of FAW to realize two major changes in three years and a decisive year of our Company to accomplish three grand blueprints of pioneering and 313 strategic target.
