SIMOP was created in 1975 by Armel and Eric Ferey for purposes of designing and manufacturing ranges of plastic products for water treatment. SIMOP is specialized in plastic manufacturing process called rotomolding. SIMOP has increased its water treatment market through the development of new products and the efforts of a dynamic and efficient sales force. In addition to water treatment products, SIMOP has developed stocking and packaging products (tanks, containers, bowl ...) for use in industry, agriculture, wine-growing. SIMOP also manufactures products as subcontractor. Since its creation, SIMOPs turnover has constantly increased. In 1997, SIMOP acquired MOULAC, another company specialized in rotomolding, which is located in France (Bordeaux area). Moulac was subsequently merged into SIMOP and became a manufacturing site. Following the acquisition of MOULAC, SIMOP increased its market share in fields of stocking, packaging, subcontracted products, and began a new activity consisting in the sale of rotomolding machines and know-how.
