Metos is an autonomous business group within the Italian ALI Group, The Metos exhibition and training center presents the latest technology in food service products and concepts for professional kitchens. At the Metos Center you can get acquainted with the complete Metos range including kitchen machinery, distribution equipment and table-top products. We present individual machines, product concepts and working processes as well as cooking demonstrations every day at the Metos Center. Our corporate chefs and product managers organize training courses for customers, Metos own personnel and distributor personnel on a regular basis. You can also order your own custom-made demonstration and even try out your own recipe at the Metos Center cooking facility. The Metos Center functions as a meeting place for domestic and international professional food service people. You are welcome to be shown around and to exchange ideas with us. At present, one Metos exhibition and training center is located in Kerava near Helsinki, Finland, one in Stockholm, Sweden, one in Riga, Latvia, and one in Vilna, Lithuania. At Metos we are fully committed to Metos equipment after installation and commissioning, whether at home or abroad. In Finland our service department consists of over 100 service men working locally all over the country. Our mobile service system covers the most common spare parts in 23 areas, assuring service to our customers within 24 h. Additionally, we make service contracts and kitchen analysis for minimizing total after-sales costs and assuring a continuously smooth kitchen operation. For our international partners and subsidiaries we have language-skilled, dedicated personnel to provide spare parts and technical support. For new partners / on new products we provide individual installation and service training at our factory in Finland or at the premises of our partners. Continuous Training. Along with new equipment and product development we provide our service personnel continuous product training. This way we can make sure that our customers receive accurate and up-to-date after-sales service. Prompt Deliveries. We store more than 15,000 spare parts articles in Kerava.
