On 31 december 1999 JORCs ownership transitioned into the familys second generation: Jan R. de Bie - Director of Commerce Austin C. de Bie - Director of Operations Darren J. de Bie - Director of Finance SALES STRATEGY JORCs sales channels are through OEMs, distributors and dealers only. JORC does not sell to end users. Our policy ensures a clean line of supply from JORC to the end user, whereby the distribution network is not threatened by the manufacturer. CUSTOMER POLICY Our policy is to exceed the expectations of our customers. Certain policy targets are: Despatchment of products within 24 hours after receipt of order.
