It is our challenge to improve your competitiveness by reducing production costs and by improving the quality of your ultra precision components. This is realised by introducing finish hard turning or replacing grinding by finish hard turning into your production environment. We have a high expertise in finish hard turning and a highly sophisticated machine concept with fully hydrostatic bearings for both slides and main spindle placed on a fully granite base completely CNC controlled with a 0.01 µm resolution. This will allow you to produce your components faster and more accurate than grinding. Values for dimensional accuracy IT 0-3 ( 1 µm), geometrical accuracies ≤ 0.25 µm and for surface finish N 1-3 ( Ra ≈ 0.01 µm) have been obtained.
