While we began as a typical niche market company we soon became the manufacturer of a wide range of pressure regulators. From day one RHPS has put emphasis on the production and delivery of high quality regulators. High quality is achieved thanks to our well-educated staff and high performance production units. A growing network of exclusive distributors bring RHPS regulator within reach everywhere. RHPS manufactures pressure regulators, spring loaded, dome loaded, pneumatically loaded and electronically controlled. Our range further includes filters, relief valves, panels and custom-built products. RHPS products can be found anywhere in any kind of industry. Delivery times It is a RHPS policy to maintain ample stocks of the standard parts. This means in case of emergencies regulators with threaded connections can be supplied in a matter of several days. A normal leadtime is 4 weeks. Regulators with flanged connections can usually be supplied in 5 weeks. Manufacturing and Q.A. RHPS regulators are manufactured in ISO 2000 approved facilities. Material trace ability On request all bar stock regulators can be supplied with material certificates to EN10204/3.1, all parts will be batch numbered, which provides full trace ability. Surface finish and cleaning Industrial grade bar stock regulators will have surface finishes to 0,8 - 1,6 um and be ultrasonically cleaned. Regulators for semiconductor high purity systems will have surface finishes to 0,25 um and be electropolished to semiconductor industry standards. Testing All industrial grade regulators will be pressure tested with nitrogen or optionally with helium to the maximum inlet pressure and next performance tested. Regulators for high purity systems will be leak tested with helium mss spectrometers.
