T. Bati 5267, Company´s Identification Number (IČO) 25581767 on proposal of the Board of Directors of the company. I have been appointed as the Trustee in Bankruptcy by the Court. I would like to inform you herewith as follows: From the date of the bankruptcy declaration I have overtaken the full responsibility for the company activities. I have authorised Mr. Aleš Navrátil to manage production of the company. We are going to continue the production and business activities with the business partners, except those who terminated the co-operation with our company themselves. The contractual relationships are not being determined automatically by the declaration of bankruptcy. In the future the contacts will be fulfilled according to needs and dimension of production in our company.
