In our company we have not yet reached this point. We are still in the process of increasing our range of products and developing new manufacturing processes which will enable us to be more competitive and meet the requirements of our customers. At the beginning of the 50s, and with the boom of the steel industry, ORIA made its first moves. It is situated in the Basque Country, in the North of Spain and near the French border. This geografical area houses the largest concentration of steel mills, paper mills and ship builders in Spain which, in turn, makes for a rapid introduction of the UNE-FLEX COUPLINGS. After the success achieved in the damping of power transmission equipment, other products for the damping of fluid transmission equipment, ORIA RUBBER EXPANSION JOINTS, and for machinery used in a variety of industrial processes, ORIA ACTUATORS-ISOLATORS have been developed. Our technical and commercial department analyzes each problem involved in the damping of the machinery used in a variaty of instalations, offering the most appropriate solution to each case. Thanks to a policy of flexibility and personalized attention, ORIA has built a significant number of national and international customers who has played their trust in our solutions. Nowadays more than 35 % of our production is exported to the five continents.
