The new group is divided in two divisions: the Industrial Division includes Hydr-app, Oleodinamica Reggiana, Aron, the Mobile Division includes S.A.M. Hydraulik, Brevini Hydraulics and V.P.S. Brevini. The main aim of Brevini Fluid Power is, at first, to reorganise its activities and structures, initially this has been within the Sales and Commercial areas, with further planned integration of the Technical and Logistics areas, in order to guarantee a satisfactory and competitive response to all its customers. This Organisational change will take advantage of all the possible synergies for production and sales of the products, in addition to integrated systems. Brevini Fluid Power intends to utilize the most efficient and rationalised operational processes of the six companies involved in this innovative project.
