A second manufacturing unity has just been realized in the proximity of the head office. This extension work increased the covered surface from 3000 to 5000 mq. In the new structure have been placed: - a laboratory for prototypes, research and development - a permanent "Open House" where the customers can view the last innovations in industrial equipments. Our technical-commercial organization can meet our clients expectations from study of design-feasibility to design, from production to set-up of manufactured machineries and plants. The companys technical dept use an updated CAD 3D System with 8 workstations and adopts the most advanced technological solutions, having respect for the most recent safety and environmental rules. Our own software-house, checks development and designed working of machines and their relevant electronic monitorings by using the most updated equipments in the market. A laboratory with washing and painting pilot machines, equipped with all necessary equipments, permits to show to clients the remaining dirty, in mg/pieces, of washed items. The construction of manufactured articles is checked at own production departments, then top qualified and skilled personnel is employed to perform setting-up and testing at customer’s premises. ISO 9001 (0867/0) certified, DBM TECNOLOGIE® assures high quality equipments, completely in compliance with the most restrictive international standards (CE mark, declaration of conformity, user and maintainance manual are included in all DBMs products).
