FER STRUMENTI Srl. established Jan 1, 1998, originates from the buy out of the Division Strumentazione of the Ceramica Industriale Fer Srl., that has produced and serviced Zirconia based Oxygen Analyzers since 1984 and ha......FER STRUMENTI Srl. established Jan 1, 1998, originates from the buy out of the Division Strumentazione of the Ceramica Industriale Fer Srl., that has produced and serviced Zirconia based Oxygen Analyzers since 1984 and has put on the market, at the end of 1997, a new and very advanced NDIR gas analyzer. Fer Strumenti is a young, dynamic, family owned company and is based in a modern building at Seregno, 20 km. north of Milan, where the workshop and offices are placed. The organization has separated functions for Research & Development, Technical, Production, Service, Commercial and Account Dpt. All report to the Executive President. The export rate is around 30% but reaches more than 50% if we consider the equipments that, via Contractors, are installed outside Italy. Documentation, drawings, manual etc. are available in Italian, English, French, German Spanish some documentation in Russian is also available. A peculiar effort has been put to ensure delivery time for spares in very short time, as we know by experience how important is for all users to know that any spare can be received in a few days. The workshop is equipped with instruments to enable to simulate test temperature up to 1500 °C, negative pressures and all other conditions to ensure all desirable tests can be carried on. The people involved with Fer Strumenti, have produced and put in operation over 4500 Oxygen Analyzers and have a long and deep experience in O2 measuring in the most hostile flue gases as far as the presence of very aggressive gases, high particulate and melted salts content are concerned. Fer Strumenti uses the Quality System according ISO 9002, but did not applied for any certification to keep the maximum flexibility.
