(formerly Ozella S.p.A.) is a textile company specialised in the production of fabrics using advanced fibres and technical fabrics for use in the composite materials sector and industrial applications. The technical and advanced fabrics sector is in a phase of exceptional growth and FTS intends to present itself as being even stronger and more competitive to the global market by means of technological innovation and a strategy of financial and management strengthening. The development plan, initiated in October 2006 by the investment company M&C SpA, is based on scientific research (realized also in co-operation with the “Politecnico di Torino”) and on the complete renewal of the production lines, in order to guarantee valuable solutions with a commercial offer that is always complete and flexible. FTS is facing this renewal process full of the strength that derives from the traditions of Stabilimenti Tessili Ozella, who since 1924 has long been recognised for its qualified research and experimentation in the technical fabrics sector.
