Tassi s.a.s. was established in January, 1959 as an external division of IMPIANTI EVEREST and started working in Italy through the licence granted by the MAGNUS Division of the Americal group Economics Laboratory. In the sector of metal surface treatment plants, M.S.M. is operating in close cooperation with the US holding company and with its European affiliates, through continuous exchanges of technical and commercial information that has allowed it to prepare and customize a “precious data bank" of very interesting experiences. Several machines and plants date back to this pioneering period, from the machine commissioned by our first customer, the mechanical shop of Mr Remo Di Pietro from Rome (a Volkswagen agent) to a machine famous all over the world manufactured for the Avio Rimessa Alitalia of Fiumicino, visited by the technical staffs of leading airlines companies such as Canadian, British and Panamerican Airlines. So we enter the second phase of life of the M.S.M. Division that, encouraged to waive the Economics Laboratory’s licence, shall go on with the production and the selling of machines and plants. The years after 1969 are highly satisfactory, considering the important results achieved on the market, and in 1970 the Company reaches its majority and becomes fully independent. During the third phase of its life, M.S.M. becomes Società Ceever s.r.l. and is transferred from its first smaller head office at Rovagnasco di Segrate to the larger headquarters at Seggiano di Pioltello. Today CEEVER is based in Settala, next to the Idroscalo of Milan and Linate Airport, in a modern 5,000sm factory surrounded by a green area full of suggestive trees, that includes the technical, design, sales departments, as well as the administration and commercial offices, the test laboratory for the customers, the mechanical assembly shop, the electrical and software programming divisions, the plant painting and testing department, the canteen and the infirmary for the workers. Another modern shop, a few kilometers away from the headquarters, manufactures the mechanical steel frames an elegant building includes two important offices that remain always in contact with CEEVER’s technical and sales departments.
