In 2006 the company has been taken over by the Italian fund BS Private Equity that ensures and supports the development and the growth of the Company. Motovario is able to offer products capable to satisfy the requirements of a vast range of industrial applications with an extensive range of speed variators, bevel and shaft mounted geared units, worm gear motors and electric motors. The whole production is completely designed and manufactured in the 50.000 square meters of two plants, located in Ubersetto and Formigine close to Modena with around 500 employees. The quality and competitiveness of products are guaranteed by manufacturing process with the latest state of the art machinery including 170 high-tech machining centres and with automated handling and assembly systems. The company prides itself on the service and support available which is backed up with their own highly qualified team of experienced Application Engineers with subsidiaries located in France, Spain, Austria, Germany, England, Denmark, China and United States together with worldwide coverage through a qualified network of distributors and agents.
