The HSD plant is divided in two p......Since 1996 its been running an electronic division, focused on designing and building components with an elevated technological content, such as numerical controls and peripheral cards. The HSD plant is divided in two production units (mechanic and electronic), one area focused on mechanical revisions, another area for Acceptance and Warehouse, one for Quality Control and another Metrological one which enjoys inside the Mechatronic Division for the park of instrumentations and facilities of control in equipment. Metrological area is also the center of gauging where Group companies instruments of measure come through for a periodic control in accordance with ISO 9001 rules. The two conditioning systems, one for production and the other exclusively for metrological area, guarantees a controlled atmosphere to maintain regular values of environment parameters like temperature and humidity. With the SEV buyout, during the May of 2000, HSD S.p.A. becomes also a producer of rotor-statoric units, among the main components of electrospindles. The plant of production is divided in three units (sheet metal shearing, mechanical workings and electrical windings unit), an area for Service and Warehouse, and one for Quality Control. Actually the company is divided in two plants located in Pesaro and Turin. A meticulous production process, that forsees for the larger part of the risking components a 100% control, along with a planning based on a steady know-how and always up to date, allow to HSD Mechatronic Division to suggest a fan of products of extreme variety and quality. Since 2003 HSD has been certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. Since 2003 SEV (now HSD Turin) has been certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. Since 2005 even HSD S.p.A has been gained the Corporate certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. This certification highlighted the 3 units of production HSD Mechanic, HSD Electronic, SEV(HSD Turin) work with a structure and unified procedures, therefore without duplication of resources and facilities.
