START also works externally with Technical Departments and Designers on the study and production of original parts, in the following fields: Oil Hydraulics, Nautical Science, Sports Equipment and in the Motor Sports and Light Aircraft sectors. The Production Departments are structured in work centres which are partially automated or robotised. This is necessary in order to ensure the high levels of precision and quality foreseen by the designs. The Design Department uses advanced systems for calculating tension through the finite-element method and the laboratory is equipped for research in the dynamic field and for fatigue testing. Production and Design work together in respecting the environment, with customer satisfaction, both nationally and internationally, as their main objective. Work, Inventiveness and the Optimisation of resources are the foundations for technological advances and production, on which START bases its image.
