Today IMER Group joins under a single trademark three industrial manufacturing companies operating in Italy and nine commercial branches distributing our products in the most important international markets (France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Russia, the United States, Central and South America, the Middle East, Asia and Turkey), along with many dealers and distributors worldwide. This organisation enables to be closer to our customers and provide them with products for immediate delivery, nevertheless providing them with consulting services for their purchasing needs along with an after sales service department, staffed by specialized personnel duly trained for every need in both product demonstrations and maintenance, supported by spare parts warehouses. The Four Production Divisions, specialised in different lines of production each with its own research and development personnel, allow us to continually modernise our products and stay ahead of market trends. The investments in personnel and new production processes and the high standards of quality we achieved enable us to meet the sectors ever increasing demands and to deal with the fiercest competition. We have set out a new business plan aiming to new important targets by 2009, following the Imer Groups true guidelines: responsibility and competence in everything we do.
