Their common aim was to manufacture and sell high quality technical devices. In the early 60s, in order to answer to the growing market demand of high precision instruments, the company became the Italian sole agent of major foreign firms. This way, a large commercial network started its developing The growth of the demand in the petrochemical and oil sectors made us deciding to start manufacturing devices, particularly for PD meters. OIL METER was founded in 1970 in Albano S. Alessandro, near Bergamo. The factory has an important calibration bench station which allows the company to be qualified as a metrical manufacturer. Both companies had specific experience and know- how and in 1988 they merged and formed GRUPPO ISOIL. The following year the firm started manufacturing a new product line, electromagnetic flowmeters manufactured in partnership with another company Since being a supplier of single, high-quality products was not sufficient to meet the needs of our customers, in 1993 OIL METER SISTEMI, a software house specialized in process automation, was founded. Specifically to design and customize software systems for oil truck loading and custody transfers. Always aiming at being quicker, more flexible and precise when answering its customers, in the year 2000 two new companies were established from the previous Gruppo Isoil organization: ISOIL IMPIANTI and ISOIL INDUSTRIA. This means more concentration in the core business each market represents and the capability of supplying a more accurate and global service. ISOIL IMPIANTI is specialized in hydrocarbons designs, manufacturing and commercialization. ISOIL INDUSTRIA concentrates on the other industrial fields through an internal organization structured by divisions, each one focusing on precise markets. The result is a deep attention to the specific core business every market represents and the ability of supplying an even more accurate and global service It is therefore moving today inside the international market with an articulated structure, ready to supply the solutions that count in every field of the liquid measurement.
