As part of the BTR group the company merged with Dunlop Hose and became Dunlop Hiflex Fluidpower Ltd. Following a management buyout in 2004, the company changed its name to Hiflex Fluidpower Ltd. Hiflex Fluidpower Ltd is now part of the Hiflex Europe Group.
