History MachineWorks pioneered the market for embedded simulation in the mid 90’s when simulation was a “nice-to-have”, by offering the first true solid model simulation. MachineWorks’ simulation solution allowed CAM software producers to provide integrated simulation as core functionality in their applications. Embedded simulation soon became a “must-have” for mainstream CAM applications.
