Capabilities UQG have a diverse range of machines for optical fabrication and glass machining. Supplying prototypes/small quantities to volume production. Quality/ Test Facilities All our products are 100% visually inspected for any imperfections in the material and surface defects. We batch test all dimensions on final inspection that is additional to the operator inspection throughout production. Although we are not ISO 9002 accredited, we operate a quality management control system. The system includes a full traceable and documented procedures which is designed to comply with BS BN ISO 9002. We also have testing and measuring equipment which includes Interferometers, Spectrophotometers, test flats etc. Customer Support UQG’s objection is to provide a high standard of optical components and glasses, we do feel that customer service is also an essential part of our business.
