SSF has about 800 staff now and RMB 350 Mil fixed assets, total investment USD 42 Mil, registered capital USD 20 Mil. It’s located in Anting, Shanghai International Auto City. SSF occupies 160,000m2 area. SSF is a specialized automotive foundry works with nearly 40 years history of manufacturing various castings for car, heavy-duty truck, tractor and internal combustion engine, now it has the ability of supplying all grades of grey iron, ductile iron, compacted graphite iron castings and the ability of pattern manufacturing, heat treatment, some car components machining as well. SSF is specialized automobile foundry works, supplying crankshaft, exhaust manifold, turbine housing, flywheel, knuckle, hydraulic part, etc to customers home and abroad, and its annual productivity is 55,000 tons. SSF imported lots of advanced foundry equipment, such as three DISAMATIC molding lines, one 1000×800 flasks HWS horizontal molding line, three shell molding lines, shell molding machine, ERICH mixer, cold box shooter, medium frequency induction furnace from Denmark, Germany, America, Spain. SSF introduced inspecting equipment such as vacuum spectrometer, metallurgical microscope and Nitrogen hydrogen oxygen analysis instrument, AF eddy-current hardness sorting instrument, fluorescent magnetic powder detector and X-ray detector, etc from worldwide known companies in America, Germany, Holland, Switzerland. Equipped with these advanced instruments, a fast accurate inspection method can be provided. The company owns advanced new product developing system, which can greatly ensure developing quality and speed and fully satisfy clients.
