Dunhua Zhengxing Abrasive Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest private enterprises in China engaged in the smelting and deep processing of boron carbide. It specializes in producing boron carbide powder products that meet both domestic and international standards, including FEPA (F4 to F1500), ISO 6344-2013, GB/T-2481-2012, JIS R 6001, ASTM C750-2009, and YS/T 423-2000 for nuclear-grade standards. In October 2009, the company established its second powder processing plant, covering 1.9 hectares, primarily for processing boron carbide powder products for export. In May 2013, it built the world’s largest boron carbide crystalline block production base, spanning 14.5 hectares, which began mass production the following year with an annual capacity of 6,000 tons. All three factories have passed ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 dual certifications for quality and environmental management systems.

The boron carbide products produced by the company fully meet the technical specifications required for protective engineering ceramic decks and bulletproof plates used in aerospace, nuclear industry facilities, and military installations, in terms of process, product quality, and testing methods. The company’s technology center is equipped with internationally recognized advanced chemical analysis equipment and laser particle size analyzers recognized by multiple countries.
