Sichuan Chuanguo Boiler Co., Ltd. (formerly Sichuan Boiler Works, hereinafter referred to as "SCBC") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Beijing Jianlong Heavy Industry Group, a Fortune Global 500 enterprise. Established in 1968 through military-to-civilian restructuring, SCBC is strategically located in the Industrial Development Zone of Jintang County, Chengdu, Sichuan, known as the "Land of Abundance." Benefiting from this prime location, we enjoy superior transportation advantages: it is 32 kilometers from downtown Chengdu and merely 10 kilometers from Asia's largest inland port and a core hub of the Eurasia-linking "Chengdu-Europe Express Rail."
As one of China’s first eight enterprises to obtain the national Grade A license of boiler manufacturing, we are a high-tech enterprise specializing in the full lifecycle of high-efficiency, energy-saving boilers and auxiliary equipment, encompassing R&D, design, manufacturing, installation, operation and service. To underpin our comprehensive capabilities, we hold an extensive portfolio of authoritative certifications, including the National Grade A Boiler Manufacturing License; Class A1 Pressure Vessel Design and Manufacturing License; Grade II Qualification Certificate for Power Engineering EPC Projects; National Grade A Boiler Installation, Maintenance and Renovation License; National Pressure Piping System Design License; International Management System Certificates (ISO9001 for quality management, ISO14001 for environmental management, and ISO45001 for occupational health and safety); as well as the ASME S and U Stamp Authorization Certificates.
Covering an area of approximately 33 hectares, SCBC boasts state-of-the-art facilities to support its operations. To ensure precision and reliability in production, the company is equipped with 6 specialized laboratories dedicated to physical and chemical testing, product testing, thermal testing, welding and cold-state testing. It also has 70 sets of advanced non-destructive testing equipment, including radiographic testing (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), penetrant testing (PT) and eddy current testing (ET). Complementing these testing capabilities, SCBC independently operates a dedicated computer center and a welding technology training center. Its production infrastructure is well-equipped, featuring a special railway line, over 800 sets of main production equipment and more than 60 sets of precision, large-scale or special-purpose machines.
SCBC employs over 1,200 staff, including more than 500 professional and technical personnel. Guided by a green development philosophy, we actively engage in R&D for national energy conservation and emission reduction projects. Committed to becoming a "leader to shape future of green and clean energy in the industry", we have built long-term collaborative networks over the years, partnering with institutions such as Xi’an Jiaotong University, Tsinghua University, Bentley (USA) and TEKLA (Finland). A notable milestone came in 2013, when we signed a technical cooperation agreement with Germany’s ERK to jointly design and manufacture corner-tube boilers. These efforts have earned SCBC honors including the "National-Local Joint Engineering Research Center" and "Sichuan Provincial Engineering Laboratory."
Our core businesses span three sectors: boilers, pressure vessels and turnkey project in energy industry. Our product range has expanded to 12 categories, over 120 varieties and nearly 1,000 different sizes, which are supported by more than 300 invention and utility model patents. As the company has developed, the single-unit capacity of its boiler products reached 220 t/h as early as 1992. Dedicated to expanding its product chain to meet the needs of domestic and international customers, SCBC now offers a wide range of products, including 35 t/h–1,217 t/h power station boilers, circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers, heat & power cogeneration boilers, heat recovery boiler series and 50 MW–600 MW HP & LP heaters. In particular, its waste heat boilers for petrochemical catalytic cracking rank among the top in the industry in terms of market share.
To extend its service capabilities, SCBC also owns a wholly owned subsidiary, Sichuan Chuanguo Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. Since its establishment in 2011, this subsidiary has successfully executed 37 turkey projects of various types. Staffed by compound talents with senior/intermediate professional titles and national registered qualifications, it provides integrated EPC services for electric power and environmental protection projects, covering technical R&D, feasibility studies, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operation etc.  The goal of our EPC service is to deliver a turkey project on basis of most energy-saving and environmental protection for customers such as projects of waste-to-energy and waste heat power generation etc.
Through years of dedicated development, SCBC’s products have achieved nationwide coverage across all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. Internationally, its products have entered global markets, being exported to countries across Europe and Asia, including Germany, the United States, Japan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, India, and Malaysia etc.
