Henan Huadian Jinyuan Piping Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) was established on December 20, 2010, with its manufacturing site located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. The company covers an area of 150,000 square meters, with a manufacturing and storage area of 43,000 square meters, providing a spacious environment with convenient transportation. The Company is equipped with advanced and complete manufacturing and testing equipment, including 267 sets of devices for pipe bending, welding, heat treatment, machining, lifting and transportation, as well as inspection and testing. The fixed assets are valued at 130 million yuan. The company has established a specialized prefabrication production line for pipeline manufacturing, allowing for a streamlined production process with an annual processing capacity of 35,000 tons of pipeline products. Currently, the company employs 267 people, including 70 professionals with various technical and economic qualifications.

The Company has obtained certifications for its Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and Environmental Management System, which have been effectively operated and continuously improved over the years. With many years of experience in pipeline manufacturing and a solid quality record, the company’s products are widely used in domestic and international industries such as electric power, petrochemicals, natural gas, and nuclear power. Over the years, the company has become the largest and most professional prefabrication processing base for large-capacity, high-parameter unit pipelines in the country. The company also has experience in the manufacturing and installation of pressure vessels and the capability to manufacture and install large hydrogen storage tanks and hydrogen spheres for high, medium, and low pressure. Additionally, the company has participated in various manufacturing projects for biomass energy equipment, hydrogen refueling station equipment, and gas regulating station equipment, demonstrating core technological capabilities.

Since its establishment, the company has adhered to the development philosophy of “Quality First, Customer Foremost” and implemented a strategy of strong alliances, actively connecting with international markets. Through long-term development and efforts, the company has cooperated with various domestic power groups, large enterprises, and internationally renowned companies. As of December 2023, the company’s contract performance for prefabrication of pipelines for 1000MW units has reached 82 contracts, with 10 contracts for nuclear power conventional islands. The performance for ultra-supercritical unit pipelines stands at 186 contracts, while the double reheat unit has achieved 20 contracts, with investment performance of 14 contracts, ranking first in the country.
