The main principles for evaluating qualified suppliers are fairness, impartiality, and transparency. The evaluation criteria include quality, delivery time, price, service, environmental protection, and social responsibility, among others. The procurement manager, laboratory personnel, and production planning personnel form an evaluation team. During contract performance, the team tracks and monitors in real-time to ensure that product quality, delivery time, service, and cost meet production requirements. The suppliers selected by the company operate nationwide, with an average annual steel production capacity of over 1 million tons. Through long-term cooperation, a close upstream and downstream partnership has been established in terms of order delivery and usage.
