The company was established in February 2016 and, based on its meteorological big data cloud platform and precise weather forecasting technology, provides refined and customizable meteorological service products to reduce the risks posed by weather factors and improve operational management efficiency in industries such as energy, transportation, and specialized needs. The company is located in Beijing and has more than 200 employees, including 5 post-doctoral researchers, 11 doctors, 63 master's degree holders, and 109 bachelor's degree holders. It boasts an expert team in meteorology, atmospheric science, power, and data assimilation, as well as a research and development team of PhDs and master's in software development, with strong technical capabilities.

In terms of meteorological data resources, the company has established a comprehensive data system covering meteorology, remote sensing, as well as industries such as transportation, aviation, agriculture, and energy by building its own satellite data reception station, compiling foreign meteorological data, and purchasing regional remote sensing and geographic data from China, along with industry-specific data.

For meteorological forecasting, the company has developed fundamental meteorological and industry-specific big data analysis and application technologies, such as “short-term meteorological forecasting technology”, “meteorological model forecasting and assimilation technology”, “big data machine learning technology for meteorology”, “multi-source data fusion analysis technology”, “meteorological satellite inversion application technology”, and “road meteorological modeling technology”. These advancements provide precise meteorological monitoring, forecasting, and early warning services for targeted regions. The company has established a forecasting system that covers global regions, with time scales ranging from historical meteorological event assessments, emergency weather event rapid assessments, short-term (0-2h) and short-term (0-3 days) forecasts, to medium-term (3-7 days) and medium-long-term (7-14 days) forecasts. The spatial resolution of the forecasts can reach up to 1 kilometer, with time resolution up to 1 minute, enabling rapid and comprehensive meteorological information application.

In terms of industry-specific meteorological services, PRESKY has rich experience and reserves in industries such as aviation, transportation, water conservancy, energy, tourism, and emergency response. Based on its complete meteorological and industry data system and analysis technology, and through efficient integration with the focal points of targeted industries, the company has developed an industry-specific meteorological big data cloud service platform. This platform mainly provides customized meteorological support services to users in road transportation, aviation, precision agriculture, tourism, and power industries.
