Topscomm Communication's manufacturing factory has achieved full-process independent production of molds, injection molding, hardware, PCBA, and final assembly. It vigorously promotes the "three modernizations" of lean production, automation, and informatization. Based on optimizing CRM, PLM, ERP, and MES, the company continues to introduce ISC (Integrated Supply Chain Management) and OA office systems to enhance the informatization level of management. The factory has more than 750 sets of main production tooling equipment and over 250 sets of main testing tooling equipment.
