Kaifeng Air Separation Group Co., Ltd. (KFAS) is a state-owned enterprise of Henan Province, established in 1958, headquartered in Kaifeng and covers an area of nearly 800,000 m². As a national center for Research & Development and manufacturing of air separation and gas liquefaction equipment, it has successfully delivered over 1,400 air separation units (ASU), including more than 100 overseas projects, covering multiple industries including metallurgy, chemical industry, energy, environmental protection, etc. Supported by extensive technical innovations and engineering expertise, it offers strong EPC capabilities across process design, equipment manufacturing, and site commissioning.
KFAS 's product line covers Low temperature system solutions, such as: air separation unit systems with O2/N2 capacities from 300 to 100,000 Nm³/h & Full Rare Gas Recovery (He, Ne, Kr, Xe) and cryogenic solutions including liquid nitrogen wash, CO-H₂ separation, liquefaction of natural gas (LNG), and coal gas liquefaction etc.
Core Products includes high-pressure coil-wound heat exchangers, aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, Packing & Internals of Column,（Liquid）turbo-expanders, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, After years of project verification, the performance is stable and the technology is mature.
Complete set of equipment includes cold storage units, chemical pressure vessels, environmental protection systems (municipal and industrial waste water treatment plants), and variable pressure swing adsorption(VPSA) etc. Provide customers with "one-stop" systematic services
In terms of compliance management, KFAS holds A1/A2 pressure vessel and GC1/GC2 pressure pipeline licenses and is ASME U-stamp certified. Its products also meet international certification standards, such as CE, GOST, and others. With strong engineering and manufacturing capacity, KFAS annually delivers multiple medium- and large-scale ASUs with a total oxygen production capacity of up to 800,000 Nm³/h. It also manufactures 8,000 tons of chemical pressure vessels each year. This supports efficient, high-volume, and customized system delivery across industries.
