Founded by a core team with over 23 years of industry experience, the company established a new brand, "Kehua Era," in August 2023 to prepare for an IPO and adapt to global development. Our factory spans 138 acres with a construction area of 110,000 square meters, including a 6,000-square-meter modern office building and state-of-the-art automated production and testing equipment from both domestic and international sources. The current team consists of over 500 employees, including 5 PhDs, 8 professor-level senior engineers, 32 senior engineers, and 53 intermediate engineers, with over 86% of the R&D team holding bachelor’s degrees or higher. The first-phase investment exceeds 200 million yuan, with a designed annual production capacity of 800 million yuan. The second phase is under construction, and upon completion, the designed annual production capacity will reach 1.5 billion yuan. The company is undergoing shareholding reform, aiming for an IPO within five years, and is building a modern benchmark factory for China's distribution transformer industry in accordance with world-class production standards.
