Magnetic North was founded in 2012. It is a company dedicated to the field of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), integrating R&D, production, and sales, and providing software (firmware, cloud), hardware, and overall solutions. Its products include intelligent public transit systems, smart school bus systems, new energy vehicle health monitoring systems, and vehicle networking payment systems, which are widely applied across various domains of smart transportation.

The company is located on the 6th–8th floors of Building 6-2, Anren Industrial Park, Jimei District, Xiamen City; floors 6–7 serve as the factory, while the 8th floor is the office area. As of 2024, its products have been sold to more than 100 countries and regions worldwide, with product interfaces available in multiple languages including English, Korean, Kazakh, Arabic, and others. Service outlets have been established in Thailand, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, and additional locations.

The company has passed ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 system certifications; its products have obtained 3C, E-Mark, RoHS, EAC, and other product certifications from multiple countries and regions.
