Jiangsu Shenyun String & Belt Co., Ltd. is a specialized private enterprise professionally engaged in the research, development.production, and technical services of ropes, cables, belts for civil marine engineering, marine ropes and cables, special industrial ropes, cables, belts, lines, power traction ropes, slings, fishing net weaving, and electrician tools manufacturing.

The company's factory area covers more than 35,000 square meters, with main production equipment including 6 sets of large-scale rope production equipment, 3 sets of imported Spanish yarn-making machines, and more than 280 sets of national and self-made special-purpose rope, cable, and belt equipment; the existing monitoring and measurement equipment includes 2000-ton creep testing machine, the large RHZ1600 testing machine imported from Germany's Schenck Company, the American INSTRON high-precision universal testing machine, and more than 20 sets of various testing and inspection instruments and equipment; there are currently 75 employees, including more than 10 professional technical personnel engaged in the research and production of various chemical fiber ropes, cables, and belts.

The new material high-modulus polyethylene (HMPE) (also known as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) fiber ropes developed by the company are at a leading level in China, and the company is one of the earliest developers and highest producers of HMPE rope products in China. The technical performance indicators of HMPE rope products fully comply with the international standard ISO 10325 "High Modulus Polyethylene fiber 8-Strand, 12-Strand Braided and composite Braided Ropes," reaching an internationally advanced level. In recent years, the company's scientific research level has made significant progress, with breakthrough advancements in the raw materials used for chemical fiber ropes and the rope structures. Currently, the company is developing HMPE mooring cables, which are mooring cables for large ships and offshore oil platforms in China, and are one of the key supporting high-end equipment for marine oil and gas resource development. Through innovations in rope structures, research and development of manufacturing equipment optimization of processes, and a series of patented technologies, a mooring cable production technology with independent intellectual property rights in China has been formed, breaking the monopoly of foreign technology, filling domestic gaps, and reaching an internationally advanced and domestically leading level. After the industrialization of this project is implemented, the enterprise will become the leading enterprise in the domestic mooring cable industry, with the development goal of becoming a listed enterprise with international competitiveness.
