Shenzhen JASIC Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as: JASIC Technology) was established in 2005. Its main business includes welding and cutting equipment, welding and cutting accessories, welding materials, handheld laser products, robots and automation equipment, etc. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and service. After years of development, JASIC Technology has become a leading enterprise in the domestic welding and cutting equipment industry, and in 2011 it entered the capital market, becoming a listed company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 300193).
JASIC Technology currently has nine wholly-owned subsidiaries and three holding subsidiaries, with R&D centers established in China, Italy, and the United States. Its products have completely independent intellectual property rights and comply with CCC, CE, ROHS, C-TICK, and CSA standards. It has successively obtained 214 core technology patents and 110 computer software copyrights (as of the end of 2024), and has won the National Patent Excellence Award and the Shenzhen Patent Award.
JASIC Technology has built the Shenzhen Pingshan JASIC Industrial Park, Chongqing Yunda Industrial Park, and Chengdu JASIC Industrial Park.
