CITIC Pacific Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 000708) is a specialized special steel manufacturing enterprise group under China CITIC Group and controlled by CITIC Pacific Co., Ltd. It has become a market leader and industry standard setter in China's special steel industry. It is the chairman of both China Iron and Steel Industry Association and China Special Steel Enterprise Association.

The Group's technology, processes, and equipment are at the world's leading level, with six major products sectors: special steel bars, special steel wire rods, special plates, seamless steel tubes, special forgings, and extended products.
