Established in 1975, Lung Kee Group (LKM) is a world-renowned manufacturer of mold bases. Our comprehensive business scope encompasses the processing and sales of standard mold bases, custom mold bases, high-precision interchangeable mold plates, mold base components, and mold steel. For high-precision requirements, we utilize climate-controlled precision workshops to ensure the utmost accuracy and stability for customized orders.

LKM Group delivers high-precision customized machining services powered by an extensive infrastructure of approximately 800 professional machining units and 250 industrial robots, ensuring exceptional efficiency and quality consistency. By adhering to a direct-mill supply model and maintaining standing inventory of over 30,000 tons, we guarantee steel authenticity and superior quality through rigorous testing. Our comprehensive business portfolio encompasses standard and custom mold bases, the distribution of world-renowned steel brands such as Daido Steel andArcelorMittal, and the supply of its proprietary LKM Special Steel,complemented by value-added services like heat treatment. Centered around its 380,000 m² manufacturing headquarters in Heyuan and production bases in Hangzhou, Malaysia, and Japan, LKM maintains a global manufacturing network with an annual capacity of 400,000 mold bases. The Group maintains a substantial permanent stock of over 30,000 tons of premium steel from top-tier mills worldwide. To secure absolute steel integrity, every single block of alloy mold steel undergoes rigorous 100% ultrasonic inspection to ensure it is free from internal defects.
Crucially, LKM enforces a strict classification system and a zero-tolerance "no-mixing" policy. This ensures that every single billet of steel is authentic and its source is fully traceable.
