At the beginning of its establishment, the company focused on the AI Agent governance sector, starting with the customized R&D and production services of "Traffic Safety Early Warning Agent Products", empowering smart transportation and effectively reducing casualties and property losses in traffic accidents. The company's initial business perfectly aligned with the national and ministerial strategies for promoting the "smart transformation" of transportation.
During the five-year entrepreneurship process, SYNCTECH continuously expanded into business areas such as production safety, urban governance, asset operation and maintenance, and new quality productive forces. With high-performance products, SYNCTECH helps enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency in safety, management, and operation & maintenance. In terms of business, it has formed a dual-wheel drive pattern of "AI governance + new quality productive forces".
The Group's main business is one-stop customized product (solution) R&D services. The enterprise independently handles the entire process from customer requirement input to product delivery. The Group currently has more than 70 employees and has developed a mature R&D and testing team covering the complete R&D technology chain from product planning, industrial design, circuit design and simulation, embedded software development, prototype production, product testing, to IoT cloud platform business system customization, mobile APP customization, AI recognition algorithm construction and iterative upgrading. Customers can have their customized products and production lines completed in one step from concept to delivery at SYNCTECH.
At present, the company has obtained a total of 105 patents and technologies, including 7 invention patents, 56 utility model patents, 35 software copyrights, and 7 design patents. These cover key technologies in specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and innovative fields such as road, bridge, and tunnel safety governance and early warning systems, rail robot inspection systems, water quality detection, drone patrol and emergency landing systems, laying a solid foundation for the strong market competitiveness of its products.
In the field of smart traffic safety early warning agents, from 2019 to 2020, relying on partners and cooperating with Guangzhou Traffic Police, the company developed the "Ping'an Flower" device, which successfully reduced casualties and property losses caused by severe "ghost probe" traffic accidents at unlit intersections on national highways in rural areas. With its excellent safety warning performance and innovative design, the device won the third prize in the "Xiaoguwei" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition organized by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Transportation.
In 2021, SYNCTECH participated in the 2022 Winter Olympics support project. Its equipment and solutions were deployed on the Songyan Road in Beijing, providing traffic meteorological and road surface condition monitoring and early warning services for snow-prone and icy sections, while using technological means to provide protection and security for mountain curve driving, meeting vehicles, and nighttime lighting safety.
On the other hand, since 2024, SYNCTECH has responded actively to the national call for scientific and technological transformation of "new quality productive forces" through unremitting scientific research and innovation and efficient product transformation, providing practical solutions to the "bottleneck" difficulties in key technological links of manufacturing upgrading.
In January 2026, SYNCTECH delivered the first set of a mid-to-high-end medical care tube fluorination coating production line, with a capacity of 3 million tubes per year, far exceeding similar production lines on the market. This provides huge capacity support for the key process of medical care tube production lines, which are in huge demand but persistently short in supply in China, realizing significant empowerment of "new quality productive forces" in key scarce areas.
At the same time, as of March 2026, the company has achieved completely independent production of ton-level high-purity BCB materials, striving to gradually expand to ten-ton and hundred-ton levels within two years, significantly alleviating the long-standing "bottleneck" situation in China's electronic packaging, microelectronics industry (such as photoresists), aerospace and other fields dominated by companies such as Dow Chemical of the United States, breaking through technological blockades, and suppressing the high cost of this material, which often reaches millions of yuan per ton.
As of January 2026, the company has obtained the recognition as a "Specialized, High-end and Innovation-driven" Small and Medium-sized Enterprise in Beijing and the "High-tech Enterprise" certificate.
