TBEA ZONFA Shanghai High Voltage Switchgear Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TBEA Shanghai Company) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TBEA Hengyang Transformer Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TBEA Hengyang Company), which owns two manufacturing bases in Shanghai and Yunji. The manufacturing base in Yunji has a building area of 20,000 square meters and an annual production capacity of RMB 1.5 billion; the manufacturing base in Shanghai has a building area of 5,000 square meters and an annual production capacity of RMB 200 million.

The TBEA Shanghai Company's Yunji industrial base is independently registered as TBEA Yunji High Voltage Switchgear Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TBEA Yunji Company) and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TBEA Hengyang Company in order to respond positively to the national "new infrastructure" industrial plan and further promote the company's "One body Two wings" development strategy. In August, 2020, TBEA Yunji Company was officially put into operation. TBEA Yunji Company is located in TBEA Yunji 5G Science and Technology Industrial Park, with a registered capital of RMB 200 million, and has the R&D and manufacturing capability of GIS, circuit breaker and disconnect switch products up to 800kV.

The group has the largest HV switchgear R&D and manufacturing base in the south of the Yangtze River, as one of the few enterprises with 1000kV UHV switchgear development ability in the industry, it has successfully realized the full coverage of the whole series of HV switchgear products. Its project covers fields like large hydropower, large thermal power, large renewable energy and other national strategic energy fields, at the same time, it is also the domestic HV switchgear equipment supplier with the most project performance and the longest operation time in the offshore wind power field, success fully providing turnkey projects and system solutions including survey, design, construction, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance in many countries along "the Belt and Road".
