Dongshengyuan (Guangdong) Smart Electric Co., Ltd., established in 2020 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan and an annual output value of 500 million yuan, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Dongshengyuan Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd.
Dongshengyuan is a modern high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and engineering services of high and low voltage power transmission and distribution equipment, distribution line protection devices and power automation products. It is a qualified supplier and successful bidder for large state-owned enterprises such as State Grid Corporation of China and China Southern Power Grid, with products and services covering all regions across the country.
The Shenzhen head office is located in Guangming District, Shenzhen, with a Grade A office area of over 500 square meters. The Zhuhai subsidiary is situated in Doumen District, Zhuhai, owning an integrated industrial park integrating work, life and entertainment. Covering a land area of 30 mu, the park has self-built factory buildings of 45,000 square meters, including 3,500 square meters of office area, 8,000 square meters of dormitory area and 33,500 square meters of production area.
The sheet metal workshop is fully equipped with professional production and processing equipment, including 2500W Han's Laser cutting machine, 6000W Bond laser cutting machine, Taiwan Tailift CNC punching machine, Qingdao Dadong CNC punching machine, 6 sets of CNC bending machines ranging from 80 tons to 200 tons, as well as automatic feeding machines, riveting presses, sheet metal shears, mechanical punching machines, handheld laser welders and various welding equipment, supporting strong production capacity.
With an investment of over 3 million yuan, the spraying workshop is equipped with one fully automatic assembly-line environmental spraying line and one manual spraying line. The 9×3-meter spraying oven, one of the largest equipment in the industry, enables the workshop to undertake spraying and processing of large-scale sheet metal parts.
The fully insulated cabinet production workshop is equipped with advanced production and processing facilities including automatic production lines, argon arc laser welding robots, fully automatic nitrogen leak detectors and automatic dust-free negative pressure closed workshops. It can meet the production requirements of SF6 gas-insulated cabinets, environmental-friendly cabinets, atmospheric pressure cabinets, solid insulated cabinets and 35kV gas-insulated cabinets, maintaining a leading level in the industry.
The copper busbar processing workshop is equipped with advanced equipment such as automatic punching and shearing machines, automatic angle milling machines, automatic bending machines, CNC copper busbar processing machines and fully automatic copper rod processing machines. These high-efficiency processing devices guarantee the precision and quality of copper busbar and copper rod products.
The quality inspection workshop is equipped with a full range of testing equipment, including intelligent temperature rise testers, partial discharge testers, shielding rooms, voltage withstand testers, mechanical characteristic testers, lightning impulse testers, transformer precision testers and loop resistance testers. The advanced and complete inspection facilities ensure the stability and reliability of all products.
